Meet Heather

Heather is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Supervisor and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist in Davidson, NC. She obtained her undergraduate and graduate degree from Appalachian State University. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of counseling and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Brainspotting. Heather’s specialties include working with couples, individuals experiencing trauma, and those navigating addictions. Additionally, Heather has provided mental health services for individuals with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, with years of expertise in complex mental health care.

When Heather is out of the office, she loves spending time with her family and two dogs. She enjoys nature, music, crochet, and basketball—and she promises not to hold it against you if you pull for the wrong college team.

Heather strives to provide clients with the same empathy and care that she would offer her own friends and family, fostering meaningful and lasting change.
